Installing Connect Machine from App Store

Get started with Connect Machine in just a few minutes by downloading it from your device's app store.

System Requirements

  • iOS: iOS 14.0 or later
  • Android: Android 8.0 or later

Installation Steps

On iOS

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap the Search tab at the bottom
  3. Search for "Connect Machine"
  4. Tap the Get button next to the Connect Machine app
  5. Authenticate using Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password
  6. Wait for the app to download and install
  7. Tap Open to launch the app

On Android

  1. Open Google Play Store on your Android device
  2. Tap the Search icon at the top
  3. Search for "Connect Machine"
  4. Tap the official Connect Machine app by Connect Machine Inc.
  5. Tap the Install button
  6. Review the permissions and tap Install
  7. Wait for the installation to complete
  8. Tap Open to launch the app

First Time Setup

After installing the app:

  1. Create or Sign In: Create a new Connect Machine account or sign in with your existing credentials
  2. Allow Permissions: Grant the app necessary permissions for:
    • Notifications (recommended)
    • Calendar access (if using calendar integrations)
    • Contacts (if using contact-based workflows)
  3. Configure Settings: Visit Settings to personalize your experience
  4. Create Your First Workflow: Follow the in-app tutorial to create your first automation

Troubleshooting

App Won't Install

  • Check that your device meets the minimum OS requirements
  • Ensure you have enough free storage space (at least 100 MB)
  • Try signing out and back into your app store account
  • Restart your device and try again

App Crashes on Launch

  • Force close the app and try reopening it
  • Update your device's operating system
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app

Can't Find the App

  • Make sure you're searching in the correct app store (App Store for iOS, Google Play Store for Android)
  • Verify the app is available in your region
  • Check that your app store account is in good standing
