Deleting Your Account

Should you no longer wish to maintain your ConnectMachine account, you can request for your data and account to be deleted within the App or by contacting our support team.

Prerequisites​

  • Access to your ConnectMachine account
  • The email address associated with your account

Deleting Account from the App​

Step 1: Access Account Settings​

  1. Log in to your ConnectMachine App
  2. Click on the more on the bottom right
  3. Open Settings
  4. Click on Your Account

Step 2: Initiate Account Deletion​

  1. Click the Delete Account button

Step 3: Provide Feedback​

  1. Provide optional reasoning or feedback about your experience.

Step 4: Submit Your Request​

  1. Click Delete Account to submit request
  2. Confirm that you wish to delete your ConnectMachine account and data
Important

Deleting your account permanently removes all associated data from being available to you. This cannot be undone once completed.

Step 5: Confirmation​

  1. Each request is reviewed and completed by our team
  2. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion has been completed
Processing Time

Deletion requests are actioned within 14 days.

Canceling Your Delete Request​

To cancel your delete request:

  1. Send Email to [[email protected]] for canceling your delete request
  2. Our team will cancel the deletion process

Alternative: Email Request​

If you are unable to access the ConnectMachine App, you can request deletion directly:

  1. Send an email to [email protected]
  2. Send from the same email address your account is created from
  3. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line
  4. Specify your account details in the email body
Authentication Required

We can only action delete requests which are made from the email address that the account belongs to. This ensures the security of your account.

Troubleshooting​

Can't access your account?

  • Use the email request method described above
  • Ensure you're contacting us from your registered email address
  • Include any relevant account details (username, last known workflows)

Haven't received confirmation?

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Most requests are completed within 7 days
  • All requests are completed within 14 days
  • Contact [email protected] if you need an update

Changed your mind?

  • Reply to the deletion request receipt email immediately
  • Requests can be canceled before processing is complete
  • Once deleted, data cannot be recovered
